Head of Research of Tax Freedom Day. Master in Finance and Economics by the University of Navarre. Degree in Economics by the Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest. In charge of the research projects of Institucion Futuro and Competiveness Center of Navarre. Main areas of research: economic, fiscal, competitiveness, productivity and R&D policies, and also vocational training and life-long learning policies. Collaborates in Institución Futuro’s blog.

Responsible for Documentation and web of Institución Futuro. Coordinates the web promotion plan of Institución Futuro and Día del Contribuyente. Administrates documental and internal databases. Collaborates in Tendecias de Futuro.

Also administrates the international relationships of the think tank.
