Javier Olloqui
Graduate of Philosophy in the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca and Master in Management of human resources in the business school at ESDEN (Madrid), he completed his education with, among others, the Diplôme d"Études Supérieures Européennes at the Universidad de Nancy and the Advanced Management program through the IE Business School. His professional career developed, as the Director of Human Resources, in the businesses Lignotock, Victorio Luzuriaga and Gamesa Eolica. He has his own Human Resources Consultancy firm and is as Associate Professor in the Universidad Publica de Navarra in the Department of Business Management.

Isabel Larrión
Master in Information & Documentation from Carlos III University in Madrid, degree in Documentation from the University of Salamanca and in Library & Information Science from the University of Zaragoza. Responsible for Documentation and web of Institución Futuro. Coordinates the web promotion plan of Institución Futuro and Día del Contribuyente. Administrates documental and internal databases. Collaborates in Tendecias de Futuro.

Master in European Studies from the University of Vienna and a degree in Journalism from the University of Navarra. Responsible of communication activities in Institución Futuro. Responsible of Institución Futuro’s web contents and editor of the blog section “Navarre’s Economy”. Editor in chief of the newsletter Tendencias de Futuro. Also administrates the international relationships of the think tank.
