RSS is a web format that allows users to find the information that best suits their needs, but also presents it swiftly and keeps it constantly up to date.
To be able to share, syndicate or spread this information, you need specific software, - a program capable of reading and interpreting documents in RSS format piped through RSS channels or "feeds" - known as an "aggregator or "feed reader".
